Katie brings over a decade of experience across business development, consulting, and commercial leadership roles, working with founders, leadership teams, and enterprise organisations.
She has personally closed over €8 million+ in revenue and has been a core driver behind the acquisition and growth of multiple multi-million-euro client accounts, often originating from cold outreach and new market entry.
Her experience spans highly regulated and complex sectors including financial services, healthcare, pharma, FMCG, and retail, where clarity, compliance, and structured execution are critical.
Alongside client work, Katie has led and developed business development teams, account managers, and project managers, delivering training, coaching, and facilitated workshops to support consistent commercial performance.
She is the founder of The Sales Sidekick and Managing Director of Kierans Media, where she actively operates and scales her own business alongside advising others.
