A 30 minute follow-up call two weeks after the Strategy Day. We check progress, address what's slipping, and reset where needed.

In-person strongly recommended for the full day group dynamic. Virtual via Zoom available where geography requires it. In-person delivery outside the Drogheda area is quoted separately for travel.

PAYMENT
100% upfront on booking. Once payment is received, we schedule the pre-day diagnostic call and the Strategy Day itself. Typical lead time from booking to delivery is 3 to 4 weeks given the coordination required across a leadership team.
RESCHEDULING
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booked time. Bookings are non-refundable.
