Framework materials and a workbook for each participant. Properly designed reference materials, not throwaway handouts.
A written summary of the workshop within 5 working days, including a top 5 priorities document the team lead can run with.
30 days of email follow-up support for the team lead after the workshop. Quick questions, course corrections, any clarifications needed as the team applies what they learned.

Virtual via Zoom or in person at your premises. In-person delivery outside the Drogheda area is quoted separately for travel.

PAYMENT
100% upfront on booking. Once payment is received, we schedule the workshop and the pre-workshop scoping call. Typical lead time from booking to delivery is 2 to 3 weeks depending on team availability.
CANCELLATION
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booked time. Bookings are non-refundable.
